RB-MEMS Consultant is a consulting firm in the field of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) offering accompany services from the idea, to the design & modeling, to the prototyping, and up to the high volume manufacturing. #MEMS microfabrication, #MEMS design. Team of experienced experts in the semiconductor field with high volume manufacturable oriented mindset.

The Senior Electronic Designer will design the electronics needed to drive MEMS devices. These could be analog or digital devices. Collaborate with the team of experts that design and fabricate the MEMS to build functional and efficient working devices, and in accordance with the principles of functional safety according to ISO. He/She will question the team with the right questions to define the boundaries of device usage (voltage, current, temperature, pressure, etc.) in order to determine final device specifications. He/She will develop measurement algorithm or driving signal to properly probe and control the MEMS device. He/She will build the electronics to integrate the MEMS device within complex systems. Simulate electrical response. Design PCB board and interact with supplier for fabrication while maintaining proper documentions for efficent interactions. PCB mounting for prototyping and testing.

Education :

Graduate study in Electrical Eng. Or equivalent.

Required:

At least 6 years experience in electronic device design.

Assets :

- Experience with MEMS driver design and/or MEMS sensing electronic design.
-Experience in board mounting.
-Experience in electronics testing
- Experienced in analysis of complex circuit impedence, proficient in eletrical spectrum analyzer.
- Experience in RF/microwave circuit design.
-Experience in firmware programming, FPGA programming
-Experience in different methods for precise analog measurement.
-Know how to build Kalman filters
-Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
